"My wife and I were on vacation in Denver visiting my brother and riding, as much as possible. We had been on a ride Thursday, June 30th, and I felt my rear brake was not working as well as it had been. We went for a short ride on Friday and I knew something was not right with my rear brake.
I called your dealership and talked with the service department. I explained we were in Denver from Louisiana and would be heading back home later in the weekend. I told the service department what I felt was happening and was told to come on in. The service department told me that they always try to accomodate out of town riders, because they know we are here to ride.
We got there about 2:30 and they got us right in. Thanks to both Troy King and Matt Jones in the service department. Thanks also to Dan Ito, the mechanic who worked on our bike, for spotting some potential problems and taking care of them for us. Thanks also to the manager of the service department, Sjoran Fitzpatrick for his special treatment. Thanks also to Griffin Anley who washed and cleaned our bike after the service.
All these people stayed after closing to finished our bike and get us back on the road again. They made us feel welcome and entertained us while we waited with personal stories of rides and facts about the dealership.
Also thanks, I think, to Marinda Scharshel, who sold my wife a $150 pair of boots while we were waiting. She loves them.
All these people went above and beyond to do their jobs and do that job to the highest quality. It was a great experience at a dealership that should be proud and thankful for the commitment of these particular employees.

"I tried every dealership in the Denver area when I was looking at trading up, and RMHD was the ONLY place that was fair and honest and totally up-front with me. Some of the others (esp. Avalanche) just didn't seem like they were going to treat me "fair and square". They left me with that slimey "used car salesman" queasy feeling. "I want to take the time to say thanks to everyone at Rocky Mountain Harley. I purchased an 04 FLHTCSE last year and have had a few issues with getting the bike to run right. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of the time and effort that Troy in finance, Sjoran, Troy, Spencer, Justin and whoever else I may have missed in service who worked on getting my bike running like it should. Not once did they make me feel like I was wasting their time, They actually went above and beyond what I expected!
I live in Loveland, a little ways from there but I will definitely make the time to go back there to get my bike serviced and make purchases there. I have never received this kind of customer service before. Everyone is professional and they do treat you like part of the family!

"Had my 2008 vrod in to have new tires put on and a new security fob programmed to my bike .I had made an appointment for 10:00 on a Saturday morning and was there on time, I was told it would take approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete, well three hours later it still wasn't completed so I went back to service garage and they had just moved it into the wash area to clean it up before giving it back. I was so irritated by the service work and the lack of communication that I told them not to clean it and I would take it that way .No offer of explaination was offered during the whole process, which was the worst part of it.I'll think twice before haveing my bike serviced again.Theres to many bike shops in town to tolerate this kind of service work."

"After going to Avalanche Harley Davidson off of Colfax and having the most miserable experience with the high pressure sales pitch, I decided to try RMHD. At RMHD there is no pressure it's very relaxed atmosphere. Once I was ready to make a decision Patrick Kruse was very helpful in explaining everything. After riding two different motorcycles I decided to purchase a Fat Boy. Patrick Kruse assisted me every step of the way and ensured that I was purchasing what I really wanted. "Last year i purchased a 1200C and had a great experience at Rocky, in Dec i was rear-ended at a stop sign, Thankfully i wasn't injured but my poor bike was, the guys from the service dept came out as soon as they were open to get the bike to work up the estimate. The estimate was done in a day and parts were ordered in a week and with-in a week of the final part getting here i had my back returned looking a little better than the day i got it, and definately more powerful. The dept kept me updated the whole way through and took great care of me.

"My wife and I just upgraded our bikes. A Softail Heritage Classic and a Street Bob. We had purchased our last 2 from you (an Iron 883 and Sportster 1200 low)and everything was great. This purchase was no different. We started out just looking and talking to Rich in sales. He was helping us a great deal and showing us bikes. We had then mentioned we had bought our previous bikes here and Ron was our salesman.He immediately had Ron take over. This was after he had spent all this time with us. You don't see alot of this type of professionalism any more. We found no one there is trying to pressure us or steering us in the wrong direction. They try and get you the best fit to what you want. "Hi,
Just wanted to let you know what a great staff you have working in the service department! On Tuesday I brought my bike in for a 35K check and some other maintenance issues. Your service rep (specifically Nate) was totally professional and took the time to explain what will be done to the bike.
Two days later, when I picked up the bike, again Nate went over the bill extensively answering all my questions. The tech even came to the service counter to talk with me and explain what he did to fix my bike.
My bike runs and looks great now thanks to your professional service dept and I'm fully confident my bike is ready for a great summer of riding.

"Purchased a new 2009 Road King and the staff bent over backwards to deliver it the same day it arrived. Roger Rock notified me that the bike was in and coordinated the installation of accessories.
